PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We take our responsibilities under the PDPA

These measures include minimizing the collection
of personal data to the extent necessary, implementing user

taken to prevent any unauthorised access to your personal data and
mitigate the potential risk.
We also prioritize the confidentiality and
integrity of your personal data and take reasonable and appropriate
measures. We are obliged to adhere to strict confidentiality

We will cease to retain your personal data, or

as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the
purposes for which the personal data were collected, and are no longer
necessary for legal or business purposes in a secure manner. This
applies to both paper documents and (if) electronic data stored in
databases.
TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE
We do not transfer your personal data to
countries outside of Singapore. However, if we do so, we will obtain
your consent for the transfer to be made and will take steps to ensure
that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection
that is at least comparable to that provided under the PDPA. If this is
not so, we will enter into a contractual agreement with the receiving
party to accord similar levels of data protection as that in Singapore.
