This project involves the deepening and widening of Bukit Timah canal from Jalan Kampong Chantek to Maple Avenue. The works include the re-construction of canals, culverts and flood gates.

Improvement to Roadside Drain Batch 1A

The project involves the improvement to roadside drains in Tembeling Road / Duku Road, Mayflower Road/Ang Mo Kio Ave 3, Lorong 102~106 Changi Road and Frankel Estates. The work comprises the construction of drains and culverts and road-raising.

The project involves the improvement to roadside drains at Hua Guan Avenue/Sian Tuan Avenue, Jalan Ma’mor/Jalan Tenteram, Tembeling Road/Ceylon Road, Outram Road, Tiong Bahru Road, Dunearn Road/Hillcrest Road, Derbyshire Road, Owen Road/Dorset Road. The work comprises the construction of drains and culverts and road-raising.

Demolition of Pumping Stations (Package B) – Contracts 1 and 2

Contract 1 includes demolition of the Braddell, Serangoon Garden and Sembawang Hill Pumping Stations. Works just beyond the site boundary of the Braddell Pumping Station include grouting of abandoned sewer lines, laying of new sewer pipes, and construction of new manholes. Demolition works include removal of all super and sub-structures, plugging/ sealing off all abandoned services at the sites’ boundaries.

Contract 2 includes demolition of the Crawford and Ang Mo Kio North Pumping Stations, laying of new sewer lines at the Crawford Pumping Station, and grouting of abandoned sewers at Crawford, Ang Mo Kio, Sembawang Hill and Serangoon Garden. Demolition works include removal of all super and sub-structures and plugging/ sealing off all abandoned services at the sites’ boundaries. There will also be construction of new a new manhole, 2 vortex chambers and laying of new sewer pipes outside the Crawford Pumping Station boundary to connect to existing sewers.

LTA CONTRACT ER251QP FOR PROJECT– UPGRADING OF ROAD SYSTEM IN THE SENTOSA-HARBOUR FRONT AREA FROM KAMPONG BAHRU ROAD TO HENDERSON ROAD (PROJECT COMPLETED ON 01 FEBRURAY 2010)
Design and construction of a new vehicular up-ramp structure from eastbound Telok Blangah Road after Wishart Road to the Telok Blangah viaduct with associated structural modifications and road widening works.

The scopes of QP(S) include:

• Provide Qualified Person for supervision of civil/structural works
• Provide site supervisors i.e. RE/RTOs for inspection and supervision of all site works
• Review and comment the design documents and method statements

LTA C1590QP FOR PROJECT – DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF STATION AND VIADUCT FOR JURONG EAST MODIFICATION WORKS (ON GOING PROJECT)
The project comprises the design, construction and completion of an above ground platform station extension adjacent to the existing Jurong East MRT Station and a route length of 1.65km viaduct, including a special superstructure spanning across N-S line, the ancillary structures and external works.

LTA CONTRACT ER285QP FOR PROJECT – WIDENING OF CTE FROM BRADDELL ROAD TO ANG MO KIO AVE1 (ON GOING PROJECT)
The project comprises widening of the existing ANG Mo Kio South Flyover structure, vehicular bridge over the canal between Braddell Flyover and Ang Mo Kio South Flyover and existing road widening including all the ancillary RC structure like box culvert as well as all the other works along the certre-median and the side-tables.

The project comprises widening of the existing Ang Mo Kio North Flyover and Ang Mo Kio Central Flyover structure, extension of existing pedestrians underpass with covered ramps, and existing road widening including all the ancillary RC structure like box culvert /covered drains as well as all the other works along the certre-median and the side-tables.

The project comprises construction of 6-storey transmission substation with associated of all other works including drains, culvert, sumps, retaining wall, slope stabilization, soil nail and all other structures required for the completion of the works.
